We deliver a nationwide shopfitting, MEP and joinery service focused on not just meeting but exceeding client needs. Our story started in 1994 when John Worth founded a small, family-run shopfitting business in Leicestershire.
The company grew quickly, aided by repeat custom, word of mouth and recognition of our professional approach, and soon attracted many household names as regular customers and trusted partners.
Building on these foundations, John’s sons, James and Alex, assumed leadership in 2016, soon joined by their accountant sister, Natalie, as financial director. Together, they have overseen further rapid expansion, and crucially combined shopfitting with MEP and joinery services to provide an exceptional one-stop shop approach, with everything needed under one roof.
Today, we are one of the UK’s leading retail and commercial interiors specialists, passionate about delivering innovative design and installation services tailored to client needs.
In 2024, we celebrated our 30th anniversary, passing a major milestone made possible by an ongoing commitment to meeting and surpassing the needs of our customers
Shopfitting is undoubtedly a fast-moving sector, with more than its share of businesses that arrive, make a splash, and just as quickly disappear.
That’s one of the reasons why we took a moment or two to celebrate our 30th anniversary in 2024 – a year that saw us in a stronger position than ever before.
A wave of high-quality recruitment, investments in equipment such as CNC machines, and the arrival of exciting new clients were all welcome developments. We were also simply very busy – completing 35 stores for Shoezone and 67 for TUI among many others.
In recognition of our community roots, our entire team took a day out from work to complete environmental work at a Leicestershire nature reserve, and founder John Worth invited staff and clients who have formed part of our history to a celebratory party.
It was also a moment that prompted us to think about our future. In recent years, we have retained and expanded our expertise in both retail and commercial shopfitting, while also diversifying into the commercial and leisure sectors to create a broader spectrum of services.
Our plans for the next decade see us aspire to work with more businesses in more sectors as their trusted partners, innovating and delivering the spaces of the future while retaining the values that have made us a success since 1994.
